Analisis Kadar Residu Pestisida Klorpirifos Dalam Cabai Hijau (Capsicum annuum L.) Asal Malino Kabupaten Gowa Secara Kromatografi Gas

Abstract

Has conducted research on the analysis of pesticide residue levels of chlorpyrifos in green chili origin Malino Gowa in Gas Chromatography . Purpose to determine whether the residual content of chlorpyrifos pesticide with the active substance contained in green chili from Malino Gowa district does not exceed the maximum limit set by the Indonesian National Standard in 2008 is to pepper / chili is 0.5 mg / kg . This research is a laboratory experiment to determine the levels of pesticide residues of chlorpyrifos in green chili . The sample was green chilies flesh taken from Malino Gowa in South Sulawesi . Research results show that the results of the quantitative analysis of pesticide residues of chlorpyrifos in gas chromatography on samples taken from the green chili Malino area Gowa positive for organophosphate pesticide residues of chlorpyrifos types with concentration 0.25261 mg / kg . Green chili samples are safe for chlorpyrifos types organofosf by the Indonesian National Standard in 2008 for pepper / chili is 0.5 mg / kg.

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang analisis kadar residu pestisida klorpirifos dalam cabai hijau asal malino Kabupaten Gowa secara Kromatografi Gas. Tujuan untuk menentukan apakah kandungan residu pestisida dengan zat aktif klorpirifos yang terdapat dalam cabai hijau yang berasal dari Malino kabupaten Gowa tidak melebihi batas maksimum yang telah ditetapkan oleh Standar Nasional Indonesia tahun 2008 yaitu untuk paprika/cabai  yaitu 0,5 mg/kg. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen laboratorium untuk menentukan kadar residu pestisida klorpirifos dalam cabai hijau. Sampel penelitian ini adalah daging buah cabai hijau yang di ambil dari Malino Kabupaten Gowa Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis kuantitatif residu pestisida klorpirifos secara kromatografi gas pada sampel cabai hijau yang diambil dari daerah Malino Kabupaten Gowa positif mengandung residu pestisida klorpirifos jenis organofosfat dengan konsentrasi 0,25261 mg/kg. Sampel cabai hijau tersebut aman untuk klorpirifos  jenis organofosf berdasarkan Standar Nasional Indonesia tahun 2008 untuk paprika/cabai yaitu 0,5 mg/kg.
