Pengembangan Pelatihan Bantuan Hidup Dasar Berbasis Aplikasi Pada Orang Awam di Kabupaten Takalar
Abstract
Salah satu penyakit dengan tingkat kematian tinggi di Dunia adalah Cardiact Arrest. Oleh karena itu, pertolongan pertama oleh bystander sangat menentukan tingkat peluang hidup korbannya melalui Resusitasi Jantung Paru (RJP). Orang awam harus bisa memberikan RJP melalui edukasi secara mandiri dengan memanfaatkan media atau aplikasi. Studi ini berfokus untuk pengembangan pelatihan bantuan hidup dasar berbasis aplikasi khusus untuk orang awam. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekaan interpretive descriptive dan telaah literatur pada masayarakat awam di Kabupaten Takalar. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah Partisipan sebanyak 14 orang dan 5 partisipan yang masuk dalam kategori triangulasi sumber. Pedoman wawancara semi terstruktur dengan wawancara mendalam, FGD dan observasi dengan menggunakan field note. Terdapat 4 tema utama yang didapatkan yaitu: 1) Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang Cardiact Arrest; 2) Persepsi cara memberikan bantuan hidup dasar bagi korban cardiact arrest; 3) Program kerja dalam upaya memberikan pelatihan BHD pada orang awam; dan 4) Kebutuhan masyarakat, petugas puskesmas, dan pihak Publict Safety Centre (PSC) terkait rencana pengembangan pelatihan bantuan hidup dasar yang efisien bagi masyarakat awam.
