Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Majene
Abstract
Iklim organisasi menjadi salah satu faktor anteseden OCB yang berfokus pada organisasi untuk menciptakan lingkungan organisasi yang sehat, aman, inovatif, dan efektif. Iklim organisasi yang positif dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi pegawai untuk menunjukkan perilaku OCB. Penelitian terkait iklim organisasi dan OCB perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja individu serta kinerja organisasi. Di instansi kesehatan daerah masih sering ditemukan tantangan berupa keterbatasan sumber daya, tekanan administrasi, dan sistem birokrasi yang kaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap OCB pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaif dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 responden. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan uji statistik regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Majene tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB pegawai (p value > 0,05). Iklim organisasi hanya berpengaruh sebesar 0,7% terhadap OCB, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel lain di luar iklim organisasi lebih berperan dalam memengaruhi OCB pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Majene.
