Pengaruh Pelatihan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI) terhadap Pengetahuan Tenaga Kesehatan: Studi Pra-Eksperimen di Klinik Swasta, Indonesia

Abstract

Infeksi terkait perawatan kesehatan memiliki risiko bagi pasien, petugas kesehatan, dan pengunjung. Hal ini memberikan beban besar pada sistem perawatan kesehatan serta meningkatkan biaya pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Pelatihan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI) terhadap pengetahuan petugas di Cerebellum Clinic. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-experimental design jenis one group pre-test post-test. Penarikan sampel dengan total sampling sejumlah 52 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS Versi 27. Uji normalitas menunjukkan data tidak berdistribusi normal kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Dari 52 responden, mayoritas berusia 26-30 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan 55.8%. Hasil pretest dengan kategori pengetahuan baik 57.7% meningkat menjadi 86.5% pada posttest. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa Terjadi peningkatan skor pengetahuan setelah dilakukan pelatihan PPI (P<0.001) sehingga Cerebellum Clinic perlu melakukan pelatihan PPI dan evaluasi kepatuhan program PPI secara berkala.
