Ergonomi Partisipatif dalam Meningkatkan Ketahanan Kesehatan dan Produktivitas Pekerja: Sistematik Literatur Review

Abstract

Ergonomi partisipatif (EP) adalah pendekatan yang melibatkan pekerja dan pemangku kepentingan dalam identifikasi risiko, perancangan solusi, implementasi, dan evaluasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kinerja kerja. Bukti efektivitas EP terhadap ketahanan kesehatan pekerja dan produktivitas masih bervariasi lintas konteks dan desain penelitian. Systematic literature review ini mengikuti PRISMA 2020 pada publikasi tahun 2020–2025. Penelusuran dilakukan pada PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Garuda. Studi yang diinklusi merupakan penelitian intervensi pada pekerja dewasa (≥18 tahun) dengan komponen EP yang jelas serta melaporkan minimal satu luaran ketahanan kesehatan pekerja dan/atau produktivitas. Seleksi dilakukan bertahap dan disintesis secara naratif-tematik. Dari 125 rekaman, 5 duplikasi dihapus, 120 disaring, 26 dinilai kelayakan, dan 19 studi diinklusi. EP menunjukkan kecenderungan efek positif pada ketahanan kesehatan pekerja, terutama penurunan keluhan muskuloskeletal dan perbaikan risiko ergonomi/postur. Bukti produktivitas lebih terbatas dan heterogen, dengan hasil berupa perbaikan proksi produktivitas (absensi, kinerja, luaran ekonomi) hingga hasil tidak signifikan. Variasi dipengaruhi kualitas implementasi, dukungan organisasi, dan adopsi solusi. EP berpotensi meningkatkan kesehatan pekerja dan, pada kondisi tertentu, produktivitas.
