Hubungan Edukasi Kesehatan Pra-Sirkumsisi dan Kesiapan Psikologis Anak untuk Anestesi Lokal: Studi Cross Sectional di Desa Bajo, Bima
Abstract
Sirkumsisi merupakan prosedur bedah minor yang berpotensi menimbulkan kecemasan pada anak, khususnya terkait tindakan anestesi lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Hubungan Edukasi Kesehatan Pra-Sirkumsisi dan Kesiapan Psikologis Anak untuk Anestesi Lokal di Desa Bajo, Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional pada 97 anak laki-laki usia 8–12 tahun. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 69,1% responden memperoleh edukasi dalam kategori baik dan 73,2% berada pada kategori siap. Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara edukasi kesehatan dengan kesiapan anak (p=0,367). Analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan (p>0,05), namun usia memiliki kecenderungan meningkatkan kesiapan (OR=2,107; 95% CI: 0,816–5,444). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa edukasi berbasis kognitif belum cukup meningkatkan kesiapan anak, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan edukasi yang lebih interaktif dan berbasis emosional.
