Analisis Determinan Kejadian Tuberkulosis Paru: Studi Cross-Sectional di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Karta Dewa, Kabupaten PALI
Abstract
Tuberkulosis (TB) paru masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia dan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor demografi, perilaku, biologis, dan lingkungan. Kabupaten PALI merupakan salah satu wilayah yang masih menghadapi tingginya kasus TB paru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TB paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kerta Dewa Kabupaten PALI Tahun 2026. Penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi lingkungan rumah, dan data register TB. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan regresi logistik berganda. Terdapat hubungan antara status gizi (p=0,004), kebiasaan merokok (p=0,001), riwayat kontak serumah (p<0,001), dan kepadatan hunian (p=0,016) dengan kejadian TB paru. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa riwayat kontak serumah merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kejadian TB paru (p=0,000, OR=28,336; 95% CI=8,098–99,148). Riwayat kontak serumah merupakan determinan utama kejadian TB paru di wilayah penelitian. Oleh karena itu, penguatan investigasi kontak serumah, skrining aktif pada anggota keluarga, serta intervensi penghentian merokok perlu menjadi prioritas dalam upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian tuberkulosis di tingkat pelayanan kesehatan primer.
