Faktor-faktor yang Behubungan dengan Frailty pada Lansia: Studi cross sectional di Aceh Besar, Indonesia

Abstract

Frailty merupakan sindrom klinis yang menggambarkan kerentanan dan penurunan fungsi yang sering terjadi pada lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan frailty pada lansia di Kecamatan Ingin Jaya, Aceh Besar. Desain penelitian adalah cross-sectional dengan populasi seluruh lansia berusia lebih dari 60 tahun sebanyak 1.199 orang. Sampel sebanyak 138 lansia dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan pemeriksaan menggunakan Edmonton Frail Scale untuk mengukur status frailty, serta kuesioner untuk mengukur nutrisi, kondisi fisik, kondisi fungsional, kondisi psikologis, fungsi kognitif, penelantaran, dukungan keluarga, dan penyakit komorbid. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square atau Fisher's exact, dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyakit komorbid, asupan nutrisi, kondisi fisik, kondisi psikologis, fungsi kognitif, penelantaran, dan dukungan keluarga berhubungan signifikan dengan frailty pada lansia (p<0,05). Kondisi psikologis berupa depresi ringan merupakan faktor paling dominan yang berhubungan dengan frailty (OR=86,98; 95%CI=7,98-947,96; p=0,0001). Disarankan kepada kader kesehatan, bidan desa, pemerintah gampong, dan keluarga meningkatkan pemantauan, edukasi, serta dukungan sosial dan emosional bagi lansia.
