Faktor Penerimaan Orangtua terhadap Vaksinasi COVID-19 Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Abstract
Pencapaian target cakupan penerimaan vaksin COVID-19 masih menemui kendala di berbagai wilayah Indonesia termasuk di Kabupaten Simalungun yang cakupan vaksin COVID-19-nya masih mencapai 77,13%. Terdapat berbagai faktor yang bisa menjadi dasar bagi perilaku orangtua untuk dapat menerima maupun menolak pemberian vaksin COVID-19 pada anak mereka. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan penerimaan orangtua siswa terhadap vaksin COVID-19 di SDN 095214 Dolok Merangir Kabupaten Simalungun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji chi-square, menggunakan kuesioner dengan melibatkan 99 orang tua secara proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penerimaan orangtua terhadap vaksin COVID-19 berhubungan dengan tingkat pengetahuan orangtua (p=0,001), persepsi dukungan agama orangtua (p=0,014), dukungan keluarga (p=0,000), dan kebijakan pemerintah (p=0,000). Tenaga kesehatan disarankan melakukan edukasi persuasif yang spesifik pada orangtua untuk menerima vaksin COVID-19 untuk anaknya.
