Kebijakan Terintegrasi Untuk Ketahanan Lingkungan Melalui Resolusi Polusi Plastik di Kabupaten Gowa

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi Resolusi Polusi Plastik di Kabupaten Gowa, menghadapi masalah utama polusi plastik yang serius dan dampaknya terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana kebijakan tersebut memengaruhi pengurangan plastik sekali pakai dan peningkatan infrastruktur daur ulang, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), serta analisis data menggunakan Nvivo 12 Plus. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi hambatan signifikan dalam implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan polusi plastik di Kabupaten Gowa, termasuk regulasi yang tidak memadai, rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat, kekurangan sumber daya, dan koordinasi yang lemah. Regulasi yang kurang jelas dan edukasi publik yang minim menghambat efektivitas kebijakan. Solusi yang direkomendasikan meliputi reformasi regulasi, peningkatan kampanye kesadaran, serta investasi dalam infrastruktur daur ulang. Peningkatan koordinasi antara pemerintah, industri, dan masyarakat diharapkan dapat memperkuat implementasi kebijakan dan mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan lokal.
